Pleroo Institute is committed  to find solutions for the human condition,
to help transform the broken, outcast and impoverished into successful productive people.
Our approach incorporates the whole person; soul, body and spirit.

Pleroo Institute works with those who are or have been incarcerated, come to realize that their life is in ruins, searching for answers and are willing to change.
Qualified staff and volunteers run and oversee programs designed to address the root cause of issues that keep many offenders in bondage and doomed to repeat the same destructive behavior.
Pleroo Institute provides all materials, assists and trains local Chaplains, security staff and educators to facilitate all steps necessary to bring about real change.
The first 90 days of this multi-faceted program begins with a focus on emotional trauma, forgiveness, contrition, overall inner healing and self-honesty. This initiates a spiritual journey that leads to a renewal of the complete person.  The heart must change before any other course of action can be taken to better the person. Once measurable success is noted, a needs analysis is done, and a customized detailed plan for success is provided. The outcome is a person equipped to become a productive contributing member of their community.
Institutional Housing
Pleroo dorms provide a positive, encouraging environment for inmates to grow and practice new life skills they acquire.  Inmates in the Pleroo’s Dorm program learn discipline, team work, success principles and many other attributes that lead to a fulfilling, productive life. Dorm programs run from 1 to 5 years depending on the level of commitment and progress of the inmate.
